Mission
The Georgetown Alliance of Fostered and Adoptee Students (GAFAS) serves as a hub for adoptee/adoption-related education and community building. We hope to provide a much needed space for awareness and representation of adoptees and formerly fostered students on Georgetown University's campus through discussions, panels, and social events. The adoptee/foster experience is unique and at times isolating, and GAFAS acts as an outlet to students for belonging and personal growth.
