Important Preparation for Attendees

To get the most out of the workshop, attendees should:

• Have access to their email during the session
  (Some tools require email-based logins)

• Create accounts ahead of time, if possible, for the following tools:

  • https://gemini.google.com/app (only if you do not already have a Google account)

  • Claude

🌐 Internet access is the only requirement — attendees do not need to be on the same network.
For in-person attendees, SaxaNet or GuestNet will work perfectly.

Online Attendance Information

This workshop will not use Zoom. Instead, Betty will host the live session directly through her website. (Register on CampusGroups to access the live session link).

To attend online, students simply need to:

• Enter their name and email to register for the live session

• Use the link provided after registration to join on the day of the event
