Mission
GUWOC is an organization that strives to address the experiences and uplift the voices of women of color at Georgetown. We are especially concerned with the intersection of race and gender and how that translates into the lives and experiences of women of color specifically as we navigate a predominantly white institution. Our organization hosts events and provides resources to create a community of women of color that is rooted in advocacy, support, and love.
