Mark your calendar for an important update: The final release of tickets for our esteemed gala will now be available on Thursday, February 15th, at 12 PM, advancing from the previously scheduled date of February 17th. Your last opportunity to join us awaits—make it count.

Table Policy

Due to  the surprisingly high turn out rate and the gala transforming into a large-scale event, we will no longer offer table reservations at the event. All high-top and café tables will be first-come, first-served in our goal to welcome as many guests as possible. We recommend arriving early to find your preferred spot.

Ticket Refund Policy

For attendees with Early Bird and First Release tickets, we are offering the possibility of refunds until February 20, 2024. Should you choose to request a refund, please be advised that these tickets will be reintroduced to our ticket  pool immediately. Be aware that processing refunds may require some time and more information from you. We will get in touch with you to process your refunds. Thank you.

Event Check-In and Bracelet (Ticket) Pick Up

With an impressive turnout expected (1,000 guests!), we strongly encourage all attendees to check-in and collect their event bracelets, which will serve as your ticket, ahead of time on campus. Bracelet pickup will be available at the Hariri Building from February 20th to February 23rd and will reduce check-in times at the door on the day of the event. More details will be shared shortly. Please keep an eye on our Instagram @georgetowngradprogramming for further updates. Picking up your bracelet early will ensure a smooth and swift entry on the night of the gala.

You can ​pick up your bracelet (ticket) and check-in electronically at the venue. Timelines;

VIP Tickets Holders: 6:15 PM to 10 PM
GA Tickets Holders: 8:15 PM to 10 PM
