Mission
The ABCS is composed of seven undergraduate student members who are appointed by the outgoing Advisory Board. ABCS supervises the overall administration and effectiveness of Club Sports. The Advisory Board for Club Sports advises those Club Sports teams that have access to benefits and determines which new clubs will be granted access to benefits under University policy. ABCS funds and develops policy for the governance of all Club Sports under its jurisdiction.

The Campus Ministry Student Forum (CMSF) is an assembly responsible for supporting and advocating for undergraduate Campus Ministry student organizations at Georgetown. The Forum works with an elected Executive Committee to allocate Student Activities Fee funding, advocate for the needs of Campus Ministry student organizations, and bring student-led groups together to improve collaboration and cooperation. The Forum also creates and maintains the policies and procedures that govern Campus Ministry student groups, oversees the equitable distribution of resources, and serves as a collective resource to student group leaders. The Forum serves as an advisory board to the managing director of Campus Ministry.

The Advisory Board for Student Organizations (ABSO) is an advisory and funding board of the Center for Social Justice that works to support the missions of student organizations under the CSJ's purview. The board is composed of 10-16 students with a staff ex-officio advisor. ABSO oversees, facilitates, and provides resources to student-run social justice service activities, student advocacy, and community involvement activities at Georgetown. ABSO is responsible for advising student organization leaders on programming and budgeting, and serves as a resource for understanding university policy. ABSO also reviews and approves budgets for CSJ student groups each year.

The Council of Advisory Boards hosts the semesterly club fair as well as administers the new club development process. CAB works to advocate on behalf of all student organizations with access to benefits in order to best represent their common needs and encourage collaboration.

Purpose
The Georgetown University Performing Arts Advisory Council (PAAC) shall assist the Administrative Director of the Department of Performing Arts (DPA) to counsel and evaluate the overall administration and effectiveness of student performing arts organizations at Georgetown University. The PAAC may recommend policy to the DPA Administrative Director and student leaders. The PAAC shall report its activities to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

Duties and Responsibilities
A. To support the growth and development of performing arts student organizations at Georgetown University.

B. To consider application for access to student club and organization benefits to new groups, consistent with the Policy Statement "Georgetown University Student Organizations: Eligibility for Student Club and Organization Benefits."

C. To act as a sounding board for complaints from and about each group, students within the group, the relationship of the group to other groups and departments on and off campus, and provide a forum for resolving such conflicts.

D. To assist in developing standards and guidelines for involving the overall scope and objectives of these performing arts groups at Georgetown University. The PAAC may research acceptable guidelines and encourage their application.

E. Reviewing and approving the budgets.

F. To advise the Vice President of Student Affairs, who has final authority regarding all matters related to student clubs and organizations.
