We, the Black Students of Georgetown University, conscious of the educational, political, cultural, social, and spiritual deficiencies at said university, do hereby come together to be hereafter known as the Black Student Alliance.

We form this group for the purposes of cultivating a community of joy and with the aim of reconciling the deficiencies of this PWI with the safety, support, reaffirming pride, self awareness of unapologetic Blackness by infusing the student experience with Black culture. We exist in the security of our resilience!

The Georgetown International Relations Club (IRC) is the hub for all student-based international relations activity on campus. It is the main forum for Georgetown undergraduates to build upon their foreign affairs education outside of the classroom. There is a place for everyone in the IRC, regardless of what you formally study at Georgetown. Each year, we host a myriad of speaking, cultural, social, and philanthropic events. We are also home to the Georgetown Model United Nations traveling team, one of the country and world's most decorated collegiate Model United Nations programs.

Georgetown Renewable Energy and Environmental Network (GREEN) is the largest environmental student organization at Georgetown. We strive to promote the conservation, protection, and preservation of the environment through education, advocacy, volunteer work, and on-campus programs that engage students in being women and men for others and for the environment. Our goal is to create positive environmental impacts through active participation, so to benefit both Georgetown University and the community at large. We plan to achieve these goals by: promoting a clear understanding of humanity's dependence on and responsibilities to its environment; working to directly improve the environment through volunteer work; providing a forum for students interested in actively pursuing environmental goals; and encouraging advocacy through communication with our representatives via a series of venues. Our club has a number of teams devoted to different environmental issues (from environmental justice to gardening to energy and water consumption). As proud Hoyas and proud environmentalists, we encourage our peers to be persons for the environment as well as persons for others by connecting our peers to sustainability resources and a network of students with a common passion for the environment.

The Georgetown University Armed Forces Association works to foster a greater sense of community among Georgetown ROTC cadets, the Georgetown military community, and the Georgetown student body. Additionally, GUAFA works to introduce students to military culture and challenge assumptions and/or stereotypes students may have in regards to the military. To accomplish this, GUAFA invites students to Army ROTC morning workouts, encourages members to participate in various GUAFA service events, and brings in unique speakers with military experience via our connection to the Hoya Battalion. GUAFA also serves as a support structure for any student who would like to serve in the armed forces, especially if they would like to serve through ROTC or Officer Candidate School. For those who consider the military a possible career path, GUAFA offers one-on-one mentorship to answer any questions students may have about a military career and help them through the joining process. GUAFA is open to all students with an appreciation for public service or service in any capacity so that its members can actively promote Georgetown's Jesuit Values in conjunction with the Army values for Hoyas past, present, and future.

Georgetown University Right to Life (RTL) is a student organization dedicated to protecting human life from conception to natural death. We strongly believe in the value of all human lives, no matter who they are, no matter where they live. . . even if they are living in the womb. We believe that through persistent effort we can, and will, create a society in which abortion, euthanasia, the death penalty, and all assaults on innocent human life have no place. A society in which the sanctity and dignity of each human life is valued and defended.

GU Pride is committed to working towards a more just and open society in which all LGBTQ+ people fully accept themselves and are accepted by the world around them. We aim to provide an atmosphere in which LGBTQ+ individuals can develop and strengthen a sense of pride, self-worth, awareness, and belonging in the community. We want to be advocates for every member of our community as we work to eliminate prejudice based on gender identity and sexual orientation, both by providing access to on-campus connections and resources as well as combatting discrimination in all its forms both on- and off-campus. Through our advocacy work, social media platforms, newsletters, and social events, we strive to create a welcoming and compassionate space within Georgetown's LGBTQ+ community and to protect our rights and freedoms.

The SFSAC is the elected representative organization of the SFS undergraduate population. As advocates for the SFS student body, the SFSAC collaborates with the Dean's Office, the Georgetown University Student Association, and the other academic councils to address issues pertaining to academic affairs, the student body in the SFS, and other initiatives developed to enhance the undergraduate experience. Additionally, the SFSAC enjoys membership on the SFS Curriculum Committee and the Georgetown University Inter-School Academic Council.

The committees of the SFSAC include Special Events, Communications, Advancement, Diplomatic Ball Planning, and Centennial. Through these committees, the SFSAC sponsors several events throughout the academic year, including the Diplomatic Ball, Trick or Treat on Embassy Row, and the Student-Faculty Banquet.

We, the students at Georgetown University, have established a Vietnamese Student Association that strives to promote awareness of the Vietnamese-American culture, works toward the collective benefit of the Georgetown and Vietnamese American Community, welcomes cultural diversity, advocates for social justice, and raises a voice in global issues affecting the international Vietnamese community. Through our cultural events, we hope to bring a little bit of Vietnam to Georgetown, and through our philanthropic events, a little bit of Georgetown to Vietnam.
