The Georgetown Law Restructuring Club (GLRC) shall work, alongside the McDonough MBA program’s “Georgetown University Distressed Debt and Restructuring Club” (GUDDR) to:

Expose Georgetown Law students to the restructuring legal practice and the restructuring industry at large, before and during their job search.

Enrich and cultivate Georgetown Law students’ interest in the restructuring practice through engaging extracurricular activities and a series of speaker events.

Connect current and former Georgetown students, both Law and Business, entering the Restructuring & Distressed Debt space with one another, and to subsequently help cultivate these relationships after graduation.
